You can't change the past.  You can change your future.  So which do you focus on?

       
Do you know how to make you mood fit your task?        

How can you find satisfaction if you don’t know what you will be satisfied with?

       
The Hunters are the mood for hunting.        
A brain sprint is a mood lifter for some people.        
Keep track of the things you can do well enough to please yourself.        
It is not about what you can't do. It is about what you can do.        
Anger management: don't get mad. Get busy         

Worry is no substitute for planning.

       

If you want to find the Hunter, you have to know the game.

       
Try a little exercise to lift you moods        

Look for cues that influence your moods.  He who controls the cues directs the story.

       

Worry grows from feeling powerless.   What can you do beyond feeling powerless?
