How to get into Second Life
without really trying Selby Evans is Thinkerer Melville in Second Life |

Marks, lists, notes, and diagrams are not just memory tricks. Most of the things you mark or make notes about, you could probably remember without help. You could probably carry a dozen eggs in your arms, too. A basket just makes it easier. And really helps if you need to do other things at the same time. If you don't mark your trail, you go in circles. So make notes, lists, diagrams, or marks. Think of these as egg baskets for your brain. They let you unload your brain so that it can concentrate on what it does best. And that's not carrying eggs. My best idea was the one I forgot to write down. |
