Narratives, Team Study Everybody makes up one story about something in the assignment. Everybody tells their stories. Team rewrites the stories into episodes that make a single story. |

|
| Semi-Structured Brainstorming: Stick all the stories on the wall.. Pick any two stories. Quest question: How could we connect these two stories into one? | |
| Dramatizing: Act out one of the stories. Improvise the dialog. Show the feeling of the characters. You may feel silly, but you won't feel bored. |
Feelings If you have a story, you may want to put some feeling into it.

Team Study for Parents. Make up a story in your head. Start with a problem that the lead character must solve. Some goal the lead character is seeking. Or some disaster that the lead character must avert. Make sure that the solution to the problem depends on knowing something that is important in the assignment. Start telling the story. Consult with the child after every few sentences to see if the child wants the story changed. Accept changes unless they divert the story from the solution you have planned. Let the child tell the ending based on that something in the assignment. Give the child guidance as necessary. |
