How to get into Second Life without really trying

Every brain can focus.  But that's like saying every brain can handle throwing something.  Some brains are better at throwing things than are other brains.  Some brains are better at throwing particular things.  And some brains are better at choosing what to throw.

There is a time for choosing.

Brains get better at a particular task by practice.  And sometimes a little coaching helps.  Here we provide a few suggestions that may help some people improve their focus form.  The practice is up to you. 

Just like with throwing things.

Do you sometimes feel that you can't maintain focus as long as you need to?  Try giving your brain a Head Start.

Focus in the moment.  Do you sometimes feel that you focus too much on the wrong things?  That is probably not a focus problem.  It is more likely to be a motivation problem.  Ask yourself the questions below.
